Q: I want to book a period that is shown as available on this website, is it available?

A: Yes. Our website ( is the authoritative source of availability information. We use the website to check the availability.

Q: Where do I collect the keys from?

A: We have fitted a state of the art numeric door lock that eliminates the need for keys. Guests are issued with a unique door code valid for the duration of their visit. The door code will be provided to you prior to your arrival. Guests are also able to set their own doorcode upon arrival.

Q: Do you charge a cleaning surcharge for short stays?

A: No.

Q: Do you charge a surcharge for payment by Credit Card or Paypal?

A: No.

Q: When is payment due?

A: If you have already made a reservation then details on when payments are due will be visible at the 'My Booking' page. Generally speaking the deposit is due when the reservation is made, the booking fee is due at least 8 weeks prior to arrival and pool heating is due at least 1 week prior to arrival. Failure to pay on-time may result in your booking being cancelled.

Q: Are additional discounts available?

A: No. We do not haggle with guests because our rates are already extremely competitive and our system automatically prices every different booking and applies many different discounts based on numerous factors. It may be possible to get a better price by varying your arrival/departure date.

Q: I have made an online payment for my booking, but I have not received a booking confirmation, what should I do?

A: First visit the 'My Booking' page and check if the 'Status' of your booking is listed as 'Confirmed' if so then check your Junk/Spam folder for the email confirmation. If the booking is not listed as 'Confirmed' please contact us immediately.

Q: Who owns the villa?

A: The villa is owned by us (Villa Holidays LLC) and is available exclusively through us. Villa Holidays LLC is a family owned/operated company.

Q: What currencies can I book or make payment in?

A: We currently offer the option to book in US Dollars, British Pounds, Euros, Canadian Dollars, Australian Dollars or New Zealand Dollars. We will take payment from your Credit/Debit Card or PayPal account in the currency you book in.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: Credit/Debit card or PayPal.

Q: Can I arrange an early checkin or late checkout?

A: An early checkin or late checkout can be arranged, subject to availability, for the payment of a nominal fee. Where availability exists it is possible to book an early checkin or late checkout using our online system between 2-7 days prior to the arrival or departure date.

Q: What happens if I have a problem with the Villa while in Florida?

A: We work closely with a management company based in Florida who will be more than happy to assist you with any problems. The staff at the management company work regular hours, but they can be contacted at any time of the day or night in the event of an emergency. We will provide you with their details prior to your arrival.
